お支払いについて
キャストと過ごす時間を、安心して楽しみにしていただくための大切なお約束です。ご予約の前に、ぜひ一度お目通しください。
01ご予約について
ご予約が確定すると、キャストはその時間をお客様のためだけに空けてお待ちしています。人気キャストは予約が埋まりやすく、同じ時間をご希望だった他のお客様にはお断りをしてお席を確保しています。
だからこそ、お客様にとって大切なその時間を、私たちも責任を持ってお守りします。そして皆さまにも、ご予約の一つひとつを大切にしていただけたら嬉しいです。
02キャンセル料について
やむを得ずキャンセルとなる場合は、以下のキャンセル料を頂戴しております。
ご予約日の何日前であっても、ご予約確定後のキャンセルには上記のキャンセル料が発生します。
ご予約前に、ご予定のご確認をお願いします
「まだ先だから大丈夫」「前日までなら無料」といったお取り扱いはございません。ご予約は、キャストの時間をお約束いただくものです。ご都合をよくご確認のうえ、安心してお申し込みください。
ご予定が変わりそうなときは、まずご相談ください
予定が変わることは誰にでもあります。キャンセルの前に、日時変更（リスケジュール）を1回まで承っております。せっかくのご縁ですので、別の日にぜひお会いできればと思います。お気軽に運営までご連絡ください。
03キャスト側の事情によるキャンセル
次回ご利用時に1時間サービス
キャストの体調不良など、キャスト側の事情で当日キャンセルとなってしまった場合は、楽しみにしてくださっていたお気持ちへのお詫びとして、次回ご利用時に1時間分をサービスさせていただきます。
キャストに明らかな問題があったとき
キャストの遅刻や連絡不備など、キャスト側に原因があると感じられることがありましたら、ご自身で判断されず、運営までご相談ください。内容を確認のうえ、誠実に対応いたします。
04ご利用時間（リアルデート）
リアルデートのご利用時間は、原則2時間からとさせていただいております。
電話デートは10分など短いお時間からご利用いただけます。
「1時間で十分」というお客様もいらっしゃるかと思います。それでも2時間からとしているのには、理由があります。
1時間だと割高に
出張費などの固定費用が別途かかるため、1時間だとお支払い総額に占める固定費用の割合が大きくなり、キャストと過ごす時間に対して割高になってしまいます。
せっかくの時間を楽しみきるため
お客様も予定を空け、身支度をして足を運んでくださいます。待ち合わせや移動、緊張がほぐれるまでの時間を考えると、1時間ではあっという間です。そのお時間に見合う満足を感じていただくため、2時間を基本としています。
はじめての方は、1時間のお試しも
「まずは雰囲気を知りたい」という初回のお客様には、お試しとして1時間でのご利用を承れる場合がございます。キャストによって異なりますので、ご予約前にキャストまたは運営までお気軽にご相談ください。
- 合流後の時間短縮・キャンセルはお受けできません
- お客様のご都合で早めに解散される場合も、ご予約時間分の料金を頂戴します
05割引について
皆さまに公平にご利用いただくため、割引は以下のルールで運用しています。
- 割引の適用は運営のみが判断します。当日、キャストとの交渉による値引きはできません
- 割引をご利用の場合は、ご予約時に運営へお申し出ください。当日のお申し出は対象外となります
誕生月割について
お誕生月のお客様に、特別な時間をゆっくり楽しんでいただきたいという思いからご用意している割引です。
- 3時間以上のご予約が対象です
- 電話デート・短時間デートではご利用いただけません
- 運営による身分証の事前確認が必要なため、当日予約ではご利用いただけません。ぜひ余裕を持ってご予約ください
06お支払いについて
いつも期限内にお支払いいただき、ありがとうございます。
ご事情によりお支払いが難しい場合は、期限前に運営までご相談ください。
お支払いが確認できない場合の対応
キャンセル料および利用料金は、ご予約時にご同意いただいた利用規約に基づくものです。アカウントの削除やブロックをされても、お支払い義務はなくなりません。
お支払い期限を過ぎても入金が確認できず、ご連絡もとれない場合は、以下の対応を順に行います。
- ご登録の電話番号・メールアドレス等への督促
- 弁護士を通じた請求
- 裁判所への支払督促・少額訴訟の申立て
- 確定後、強制執行（給与・預金口座の差押え）

Our promise so you can look forward to your time with our cast with peace of mind. Please take a moment to read this before booking.
01About Reservations
Once your reservation is confirmed, the cast member keeps that time just for you. Popular cast members are often fully booked, and other customers who wanted the same time slot have been turned away to keep it for you.
That is why we take responsibility for protecting your special time, and we kindly ask you to value each reservation as well.
02Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel, the following cancellation fees apply.
These fees apply to any cancellation after your reservation is confirmed, no matter how many days in advance.
Please check your schedule before booking
Cancellations are not free just because the date is still far away or because you cancel by the day before. A reservation is a promise of the cast member’s time. Please confirm your plans before you book.
If your plans might change, contact us first
Plans can change for anyone. Before cancelling, you can reschedule once. We would love to see you on another day, so please feel free to contact us.
03Cancellations by the Cast
1 free hour on your next booking
If a cast member has to cancel on the day for personal reasons such as illness, we will add 1 free hour to your next booking as an apology for the disappointment.
If there is a clear problem on the cast’s side
If you feel there was a problem caused by the cast member, such as being late or poor communication, please contact us rather than deciding on your own. We will look into it and respond sincerely.
04Booking Length (In-Person Dates)
In-person dates require a minimum of 2 hours as a general rule.
Phone dates can be booked for shorter periods, from about 10 minutes.
Some customers may feel one hour is enough. Here is why we set 2 hours as the standard.
One hour costs more
Fixed costs such as the travel fee are charged separately. With one hour, they make up a larger share of the total, so you pay more for the time you actually spend together.
Time to truly enjoy it
You also make time, get ready and travel to meet us. With meeting up, moving around and settling in, one hour goes by in a flash. To make your time out truly worth it, 2 hours is our standard.
First time? Try a 1-hour trial
For first-time customers who would like to get a feel for our service, a 1-hour trial booking may be available. This depends on the cast member, so please ask the cast member or our team before booking.
- Shortening or cancelling after meeting is not possible
- If you decide to leave early, the full booked time will still be charged
05Discounts
To keep things fair for everyone, discounts follow these rules.
- Discounts are decided only by our team. Price negotiations with the cast on the day are not possible
- To use a discount, please let us know when you book. Requests on the day are not accepted
Birthday Month Discount
Our way of helping you enjoy a special time during your birthday month.
- Available for bookings of 3 hours or more
- Not available for phone dates or short dates
- We need to check your ID in advance, so it cannot be used for same-day bookings. Please book early
06Payment
Thank you for always paying on time.
If you have difficulty paying, please contact us before the due date.
If payment cannot be confirmed
Cancellation fees and booking fees are based on the terms of use you agreed to when booking. Deleting your account or blocking us does not cancel your obligation to pay.
If payment is not received by the due date and we cannot reach you, we will take the following steps in order.
- Payment reminders to your registered phone number, email address, etc.
- A payment claim through a lawyer
- A court payment order or small claims lawsuit
- Once confirmed, compulsory enforcement (such as seizure of wages or bank accounts)
